Free Venue Finding

JP Events will save you both time and money through extensive experience of working within the hotel industry.

We begin by discussing in detail exactly what you want to achieve for your event. Just make one call and we will do the rest!

We will prepare a short list of venues for you to choose from, giving you expert advice to help you finalise your decision. Once you have chosen your venue, we will then negotiate on your behalf all contractual terms and rates, making the process as hassle free and as simple as possible for your event.

JP Events works with a web based booking system called GRATIS (Global Reservation Accommodation Travel Information System).

GRATIS has been developed to offer professional conference and accommodation organisers high quality document presentation, streamlined organisation and significant accounting benefits.
The data on this site is maintained and updated by the venues, ensuring highly accurate information. GRATIS harnesses and combines this information which allows JP Events to create colourful proposals for all our clients, confirmations, option details to the venue, amendments to both parties, release notification for the venue and comprehensive management information.

Full colour proposals of shortlisted venues, based on data automatically fed from the central database.

The comprehensive Meeting Room module allows us to create multiple meeting rooms with separate programme details, arrival dates, attendees, layouts and equipment requirements for each room.

Venue Data is managed directly by the venues on a central database. Venue location, meeting room styles, meeting room dimensions, numbers of bedrooms and types, catering facilities, proximity to tube train stations, airports, motorways and on site and close­ by leisure facilities are all included.

The Guest Details module allows for a limitless number of guests with specific room requirements for each guest.

Client Venue confirmations are instantly generated from the proposal. Unsuccessful venues are automatically informed via email.

An Option Held notification is automatically sent to every venue included in our proposal, confirming event details, option review date and prices.

Prices we have obtained for each venue are shown inclusive and exclusive of vat. Both rack, corporate rate and negotiated rates can be entered and the savings achieved are shown in the proposal.

GRATIS operates in all currencies, with exchange rates updated daily from xe.com.


We are constantly researching and visiting venues, new and old, to ensure that we are completely up to date with all our information. JP Events is an independent operator and as such does not have ties to any group or consortium therefore ensuring that you get the proposal best suited to your brief and budget.
